When I hear warmth I think of the sun, and the sun make flowers grow, so I took pictures of some flowers in my front yard. So I took the assignment literally.

Other Pictures I took this weekend
Just thought these pictures were cute because my little sister was afraid of the horses. Not gonna put all the settings on these ones cause that would take a long time and there probably all the same.

Random Ice picture I took
These are just random picture that I like from the ice assignment, but didn't like them as much as the others. They're less abstract.

Ice
<--This is one of my favorite picture that I took, it's rotated to the side so it looks kinda abstract. I changed it to black and white cause there wasn't much color and the color there was wasn't helping the picture. I took lots of pictures and had to narrow it down to the best ones and i think these three are the best. I don't know why that one spot is really bright but it looks cool.
Shutter: 1/400
Aperture: f/ 3.4
Focal Length: 9.4mm
ISO: 80
<--This is a really good one in my opinion I like that the ice one top is crystalizing and the back is darker and blurrier than the rest, (didn't really try to do that, just kinda happened) its also darker that the rest.
For some reason, some of the ice was really bright I think it was because of sun (it was really bright). Also black and white due to lack of color in the original.
Shutter: 1/160
Aperture: f/3.8

<--This one I kept in color because I think the color of the grass really helps to show what time of year it is. This one isn't really abstract but I still like it just because of the way the ice looks; sorta like it's class.

Photographers Report
Clyde ButcherI like his style of photography, I think its very creative just because of the way he take his pictures and the type of camera he uses. I really like his landscape picture that are in some sort of swamp the are very interesting just because of the trees roots going all over the place.
Part of the reason I like him so much is because he always shoots in black and white which is something I really like to do, I like to shoot picture in color and then in black and white or changing it to black and white just to see what it looks like.
I also like that he doesn't use a traditional camera, he uses a Richard Ritter camera and a Deardorf camera, which I have never heard of but look really cool and take really good pictures. I also like that all of his pictures have amazing detail. All I found out about his history was that he and his wife started their photography work after his son was kill in an accident.

Depth of Field
I think this is narrow depth of field.
The one rose in the middle is in focus
and everything else is blurry, -->
I liked shooting the narrow depth of field
much better than the wide DOF.

I think this is wide depth of field everything is in focus even the dog and the stuff on the floor behind the top flower. I don't really use this DOF <--except for landscape pictures
This is my narrow DOF with full zoom and this was hard to do because I wanted to get a close up on the flowers without being to close or to blurry, this one is a little blurry but it still looks good, I think. -->
