Examples of Wide Depth of Field

I use wide depth of field alot, because I really like landscape pictures. I think these picture are great examples of wide depth of field.

Example of Medium Depth of Field

I think these are pretty good examples of medium depth field, but I'm not really sure. i don't think I use this very much. 

Examples of Narrow Depth of Field

These are all examples of narrow depth of field. I really like using narrow depth of field cause it really draw all your attention to the subject.

Replace The Sky

I really didn't like this assignment, because the trees were to close and it was really hard to remove the old sky. I think this picture looks really bad because you can see the old sky and I cut out part of the silo and could not get it to come back. I really like the cloud and the fit the picture if it was in the trees and closer to the silo. I think it would look more real it the bottom power line wasn't there, but I could not get that to go away and still have it look real.

Winter Nature

I took this picture at the creek by my house, I think this angle is really pretty because of how the ice is broken and cracked. This is one of the best pictures i got but I don't really like that the water is kinda blurry.

This crack was caused by four-wheelers driving over the creek, I like that you can see the rocks under the ice and that the ice is split and is falling through. I think it looks awesome even though it is centered.

Open Theme

This is my favorite tree in my backyard, a couple years ago it got struck by lighting and spit it in half, we had to cut most of it off the left side but it looks really awesome. I changed it from color to black and white and I think it looks really good. I'm not really sure what the settings were.

I really like this picture because of the tree on the left, part of the it was knocked down by a really bad wind storm, I think it make the tree more interesting and fun. On this picture I also don't know what my settings were.

My First Post

This is my first post... this is the day after my kittens were born i love this picture because its one of the best that i have of my kittens. The striped kittens name is Kyra  and the white ones name is Mr. Magoo.
